David Harrison has been associated with Montreal-based LGP Strategies since 2011. LGP is one of Canada’s leading economic development firms, having overseen more than 65 economic development studies across North America. LGP’s principal, Louis Grenier, developed the REAP approach (Retention, Expansion, Attraction, Promotion) that is now in use in many economic development organizations.

LGP Strategies has 2 staff in the Halifax-Dartmouth area, with proven experience in combining planning with economic development. LGP’s planning and economic development work is predominantly focused on Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Economic development projects in Nova Scotia include:
